Privacy at Savira
This policy explains what Savira collects, why it is used, and how long it is retained.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Service operator and contact
Savira is a language-learning platform. The operator’s legally required identity and address are available on the Business information and contact page. General questions and privacy requests may be sent to support@saviraclub.com.
2. Minimum age
Users must be at least 15. Users aged 15–17 confirm that they have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Savira does not knowingly create accounts for children under 15.
3. Information processed
- Display name, email, verification status, and authentication sessions;
- interface language, translation mode, theme, and keyboard settings;
- dictionary searches, saved words, selected senses, and encounter context;
- flashcard, typing, accuracy, mistake, and learning-progress records;
- content reports and support correspondence;
- IP address, browser information, event timestamps, and security logs;
- when payments are enabled: plan, amount, status, and transaction reference. Savira does not receive or store full card numbers, CVV2, or card passwords.
4. Purposes
Information is used to create and protect accounts, synchronize vocabulary and progress, schedule reviews, provide exercises, answer support requests, prevent abuse, administer subscriptions, and improve reliability. Savira does not sell users’ personal information.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Savira uses a secure session cookie and browser storage for sign-in, theme, language, translation, keyboard settings, and a guest vocabulary preview. Savira does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Providers and disclosure
Liara may host the application, database, and files. Account email is delivered through Savira’s email provider. During checkout, the amount and order identifier are sent to Saman Electronic Payment (SEP); card details are entered only on the gateway’s page. Savira retains the payment outcome, amount and tracking references for subscription delivery and financial support. Loading the Enamad seal connects the browser to Enamad and transfers ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser, and request origin. Information is disclosed only to necessary providers under confidentiality obligations or where legally required.
7. Retention
- Active accounts and learning history: until deletion is requested;
- expired or cancelled subscription: the account remains free;
- inactive account: eligible for deletion after 24 months and prior notice;
- unverified account: 30 days;
- deletion request: live systems within 30 days and backups within 90 days;
- security logs: 90 days;
- support requests and content reports: two years after closure;
- required financial records: ten years, separated from learning data;
- guest device data: until browser storage is cleared.
8. User rights
Users may export their data, correct inaccurate information, and request deletion of their account and learning history. Minimal financial or security records may remain where legally required. Use the account controls or email support@saviraclub.com.
9. Security and changes
Savira uses HTTPS, secure password hashing, HTTP-only sessions, login throttling, access controls, and backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes will be published with an updated date and suitable notice. Persian is the authoritative version; English is provided for convenience.
10. Phone notifications
Phone notifications are optional. After permission, Savira stores your browser subscription endpoint and the keys required for encrypted delivery through your browser or operating system’s push service. Alerts use your account’s interface language. Disable this device’s notifications in My learning space. Signing out disables this device; deleting your account removes all your notification subscriptions. Completed delivery records are retained for up to 30 days.
